“Hon” Kasumi 7″ Deba Knife
Deba Knives is mainly used for cleaning and filleting fish and dressing poultry and other meats. Deba knives have a thicker blade and are more durable. Blade length is 7″ and overall length is 13″. Single Bevel white carbon steel forge-welded to wrought iron for an extremely hard (62Rc) cutting edge that will be easy to maintain. Both the handle and the blade are made specifically for right-handed use. The Handle is made of Ho wood, known for its water resistant qualities with buffalo horn ferrules.
