Stainless Steel Mezzaluna Chopper w/ Sheath and Reversible Acacia Cutting Board

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Caring for your mezzaluna is simple. After each use, hand wash the cutting board and blade in lukewarm soapy water. Hand dry before storing. As with any cutting board, you’ll notice cuts in the surface and you may even notice the wood looking dry. To keep your cutting board looking its best, be sure to apply a food grade oil to the board every 3 to 4 weeks, or when the board looks dry. We use Boos oil, but you can use any brand that you trust! Your board and chopper will look so good, you may even want to store them out where everyone can see!
